Our passion is success and we believe hard work executed with competence, integrity and a sound factual foundation will bring us and our clients the satisfaction of success.

We develop a personal interest in our client’s issues. We’re not hired hands. We become a part of the team; as committed to success and personally engaged in the issues we represent as our clients. Our clients become a part of us.

Our depth of personal commitment is unusual in our industry. We want to be on the “right” side of an issue, not just any side. We won’t take on a client or issue we don’t believe in.

While we may not win every battle, no one can truthfully promise that, when we’re through and whether we win, lose or agree to an appropriate compromise, everyone engaged in the process will know we professionally represented our client’s interests and had the courage to stand by our convictions.

And, they’ll know, we’re not going away.

INTEGRITY

Our clients have come to rely on our truthful and straightforward approach to advocate representation. As a result, when we walk into a meeting, the folks on the other side of the table know they can trust us to deliver accurate, unglossed information they can use to make their decisions. Truthfully, it’s the only way we know how to do it.

FACTS

We love facts and information. It makes our work more effective and successful. So, don’t be surprised when we show up, frequently, at your place of business wanting to learn and understand everything we can about you and the work project you’ve trusted us with handling on your behalf. Whether we’re a bug on the wall just listening to learn or an active participant in a strategy session, we believe it’s critical for us to know as much as we can about our clients’ business.

HARD WORK

Simply said, there’s no level of hard work and an honest commitment to the cause we’re not willing to give on our clients’ behalf. We recognize ours is not a 9 to 5 job and that long hours get the job done quicker. It also makes the celebration of success more sweet. Frankly, that’s why we like our jobs. Remember, we work for you and there’s a reason they call it: work.

STRATEIGIC, COMMON-SENSE THINKING

Before we begin any project we ask you, and ourselves, what is our objective? Then we build backwards from that objective to strategically determine the best plan and course of action to follow. This guiding principle of global project thinking allows us to ensure that every step we take is moving us toward our objective and not just unproductive, busy work. You have to see the whole picture first. Success then comes through strategic, well-orchestrated steps, rarely, overnight.

But you also have to be able to clearly see and understand the lay of the land. It’s one thing to be smart and see everything from a strategic perspective, but there are lots of smart people in the world who don’t get much done in life. We try to incorporate a large dose of common sense into our thinking by seeing the world from ground level where decisions and government actions impact us all. The real world, where life goes on day in and day out. In order to operate successfully in today’s business environment and governmental world you need more than a good grasp of the facts and a higher than normal IQ; it takes a common sense approach to strategic planning.
